Resumen

Esta revisión sistemática consta de 12 artículos de la terapia de reminiscencia bajo la metodología del método PRISMA, con la principal pretensión de estudiar las variables más efectivas para la correcta realización de esta terapia. Esta idea surge de la necesidad de crear información sobre la terapia debido a la escasez que se encuentra. Las variables son si es grupal o individual; si presenta una temática o no; la duración; si se realiza de formas aislada o junto con otras actividades; si el lugar se encuentra acomodado; y si es terapia de reminiscencia simple o integrativa. En cuanto a los resultados, es más eficaz si la terapia es individual, sin temática, junto con otras actividades, de corta duración e integradora. Pero, no solo los factores de forma aislada adquieren importancia, sino que la interacción de estos también resulta interesante en la consecución de los resultados.
