The “Experience Index of School and Academic Well-being” as a Strategy for Evaluation and Psychoeducational Intervention and Correlate of Psychological Well-being

Abstract

Based on the Conceptual Utility Model of Stress Management and Psychological Wellbeing (MGEBP, 2024), the School and Academic Wellbeing Experience Index (IEBEA, 2024) is presented. The objective of this work is to show the conceptual framework of variables that constitute it: (1) the combined index of person-context regulation; (2) the satisfaction index with the teaching-learning process; (3) the physical and psychological health index. Also, its relationship with the level of psychological well-being and fluorishing. The work concludes by presenting the Educational Wellbeing Evaluation Scale (EBE), as a professional tool for psychoeducational evaluation of said index. Based on the scores obtained, psychoeducational intervention guidelines are established.
